At the Garden Club of Winter Haven, we are dedicated to fostering a love for gardening and horticulture within our community. Our club brings together like-minded individuals passionate about cultivating stunning gardens and protecting and enhancing the natural environment of our beautiful state.

To promote an interest in gardens and in the study of Florida horticulture, to aid in the protection and conservation of natural resources, to promote and encourage civic beauty, while building and strengthening friendships among the members.

Recent Activities
On April 24, 2025, Mayor Birdsong and the Winter Haven Council of Garden Clubs honored our Garden Club with the Beautification Award. This recognition celebrates our dedicated efforts in planting and maintaining the Winter Haven Library Garden. We are proud to contribute to the community and will continue to nurture and enhance this lovely garden for everyone to enjoy. A heartfelt thank you to Jenifer Thornhill for your outstanding leadership!
We extend our gratitude to all who supported The Garden Club of Winter Haven's Plant Sale held on March 8 & 9, 2025, at the Central Park Art Festival. We appreciate our volunteers and everyone who participated. Funds raised will contribute to our Centennial gift to the City of Winter Haven.
